Why use KR Web Services to help you set up your new Volusion Store?
The Volusion ecommerce platform offers incredible power and functionality for a shopping cart program and because of this there is steep learning curve to use the software for the first time. To customise the design of the site, web and graphic design skills are needed. We have been through this learning curve and understand how Volusion works.
We can guide you through the steps needed to set up you store and these typically are:
- Decide on which Volusion package best suites your needs
- Agree on how your new store will look and then carry out the necessary web, graphical design and customisation
- Advise on options for taking payment and guide you through the process of setting up your payment provider
- Explain the different options for displaying your products and show you how to add the products, or we can add them for you. If you have existing e-commerce store it may be possible to import the products directly into Volusion
- Spend time with you demonstrating all the features that Volusion offers to market and promote your products. This will ensure you understand all the features that are available to maximise your sales. We can then advise on the features that best suit your product range and client base and enable them for you
- Advise on the different shipping options that Volusion offer and set these up
- Understand the key words that you need your store found for on the Search Engines and then optimise the site for these key words
- Show you have to process the orders using the back end system
